On My TBR / January 2017

On My TBR / January 2017
It’s finally a brand new year, hooray! As soon as it hit 1st January, I created a new What I’ve Read page, set 52 books as my Goodreads Reading Challenge and picked out my TBR.

I ended 2016 with And a Happy New Year? and finished it on New Year’s Day. I was sad to say goodbye to Amber, Lottie & Evie. I’ve now started We Come Apart and, at 2 am when I couldn’t sleep, I continued to listen to Fangirl. I’ve been meaning to re-read it for quite a while and I’m really enjoying the audiobook.

I borrowed Furiously Happy from the library last year, so I’ll also be picking this up shortly. And I want to re-read one of my favourite books of 2015, Wolf by Wolf so I can start on the sequel, Blood for Blood. And lastly, I borrowed Unconventional from my housemate Charlie, which seems like a lot of fun and will get me all geared up for YALC 2017!

I’m also hoping to kickstart the year with some graphic novels and comics. I’m planning to delve into Chi’s Sweet Home, Giant Days and Lumberjanes: Beware of the Kitten Holy.

Here’s to an excellent reading year!

Will you be running another Classics Challenge this year?

  3. I can’t wait to see what you think of Furiously Happy as it’s a book I’ve been wanting to read for ages!

  4. Great choices !!! I’ve only read chi’s sweet home and adored it 😍

  5. I still need to start Lumberjanes! I’m excited to hear what you think of Blood For Blood as I want to get round to this sometime in 2017!
